At NNS, the story is one of dedication, passion, and a lifelong love for the film and entertainment industry. Led by Tonua Norice, a dynamic leader with deep roots in the entertainment world, NNS thrives on the experience and enthusiasm that she brings to the table.

Tonua's journey began long before her professional career. Her passion for the entertainment industry was ignited in her early years, growing stronger with each passing year. This early love evolved into a multifaceted career encompassing voice-over work, writing, and ultimately, providing comprehensive administrative support to teams within the industry.

After completing her education, Tonua joined Turner Broadcasting Systems as a legal assistant to the Vice President of Legal Marketing. In this role, she gained invaluable insights into the television industry's inner workings, including the intricacies of legal contracts. It was a thrilling and demanding job where she shone, efficiently organizing the legal marketing team to support a diverse lineup of TBS shows. Her responsibilities included scheduling broadcast airtime for commercials and ensuring all necessary agreements were signed, often working closely with sponsors to coordinate these efforts seamlessly.

Tonua's next chapter brought her to Summer/TomCat Hill Films, where she served as an assistant. Here, she honed her organizational skills, managing the Chain of Title and liaising with producers to secure the correct signatures on crucial documents. She immersed herself in the world of legal pre-production, viewing film shorts, and learning the documentation processes essential to bringing films to life.

Tonua's journey is a testament to her unwavering commitment and expertise in the entertainment industry. Under her leadership, NNS continues to thrive, driven by a genuine love for the craft and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
