By purchasing a system installation or submitting an intake form, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Scope of Services

NNS Digital delivers a structured business operating system which may include:

• A 3-page website (Home, Offer, Contact)
• Client intake form setup
• File and asset organization within Google Drive
• A private client delivery hub (Client Control Center)
• Basic configuration of selected tools (e.g., Stripe, forms)

Services are installation-based, not ongoing management unless otherwise agreed.

3. Client Responsibilities

To complete your system installation, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during intake
• Submit required assets (logos, text, images, links)
• Provide access to necessary platforms (Google account, Stripe, etc.)
• Respond to communication requests in a timely manner

Delays in providing materials or access may impact delivery timelines.

4. No Guarantees

NNS Digital installs systems designed to support your business operations. However:

• We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, or performance outcomes
• Success depends on how the system is used and maintained by the client

5. Third-Party Platforms

Your system may utilize third-party platforms including but not limited to:

• Google (Drive, Sites, Forms)
• Stripe
• Tally or similar tools

NNS Digital is not responsible for:

• Platform outages
• Policy changes
• Account limitations or suspensions

Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts.

6. Payments & Refunds

All payments for system installations are:

• Final and non-refundable once work has begun
• Required in full prior to system installation

Due to the nature of digital setup and customization, refunds are not provided after service initiation.

7. Delivery

Upon completion:

• Clients will receive access to their system via a private client hub
• Instructions for accessing and using the system will be provided

It is the client’s responsibility to review and utilize the delivered system.

8. Intellectual Property

All system frameworks, structures, and processes created by NNS Digital remain the intellectual property of Norice Notary Solutions.

Clients are granted usage rights for their business operations but may not:

• Resell
• Replicate
• Distribute the system framework as their own product

9. Limitation of Liability

NNS Digital shall not be held liable for:

• Business losses or missed opportunities
• Errors resulting from client-provided information
• Misuse or mismanagement of the installed system

Services are provided “as is” upon delivery.

10. Modifications

NNS Digital reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
